When ordering original artwork shipping times may be delayed or take extended time due to the extra care we take in packaging and preparing orders for shipping.

The above is our current schedule used to determine our shipping charge on checkout. Our rates are based off the current national rates provided by Sendle and we see frequent updates. Our carriers are likely to deviate from the above shipping schedule, if the cost of shipping is greater than what you've paid, we will supply the difference in cost. However if we are able to make any significant saving on shipping costs, we can choose to pass these savings back to you.
Free Shipping in Australia over $200
Yes, we offer free shipping for any order over $200 within Australia. Freight is automatically removed from checkout when items in your cart reach $200. Parcels are sent with Sendle or Australia Post couriers, depending on the size of your parcel. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us via phone or email to arrange rush shipping.
Order Fulfilment
If you require your order by a certain date please leave a note at checkout if you require priority on an order and this can be organised. Parcel Post generally takes between 4-8 days for delivery within Australia. Local deliveries within Brisbane metropolitan areas generally arrive a bit faster and we may choose to personally deliver your parcel to expedite shipping times.
Postage times are also dependent on demand. While we will do our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible, there is just the 2 of us to handle printing, framing, customer service and postage. If there is an exceptional amount of orders, for example during public holidays, please expect some short delays on orders.
Tracking your Order
You can track your order fulfillment status through the shop app, link provided on checkout. Tracking numbers for all orders are sent when orders are fulfilled. Please note: we will contact you within 3 days of making your order if there will be any delay with shipment. Lead times may vary depending on your destination. Please check domestic delivery times with Australia Post and Sendle.
